Medical Fees
As members of the Compass Health Primary Health Care Organisation we are able to provide subsidised medical care for basic consultations to our enrolled patients (this can be in person, on video or over the phone). All other types of consultations and other services attract a fee that reflects the unsubsidised cost of the doctor or nurse time and any materials used where applicable.
Please note payment is due on the day of service unless there is a prior arrangement.

You will need to complete the Pre-Travel Consultation questionnaire before booking a travel appointment.
Single couple travel consults are 30 minutes with the doctor and 15 minutes with the nurse plus any vaccine waiting times
Family travel consults maybe be either 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on travel plans - cost will vary depending on consult length required
Due to the increased demand for repeat prescriptions there may be an additional fee if you expect your prescription to be ready within 24 hours of contacting us.
Doctor services outside of appointment times e.g. referrals, insurance paperwork. email or MHH queries and letters, will incur a charge depending on time involved.
It is really important to give us 24 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment or need to change it, otherwise you may be charged for your missed appointment.
